Cosy cottage in stunning village

Goodwood is only 20 minutes away and the pretty town of Midhurst a 5 minute drive. Nestled in the quiet village of Stedham with numerous footpaths and walks on the doorstep and a great village pub only 7 minutes walk away. The cottage has a fabulous peaceful garden to chill in and is perfect for stargazing! The space It is an old cottage with exposed beams and original features, however, inside it is light and airy with many windows and skylights and the space is large yet inviting. The open plan kitchen dining area leads out via patio doors to the huge garden which has different areas for relaxing and dining. A bbq is provided for your use and there are comfortable sofas outside to lounge on - in shade or sun. The lounge is large with a new wood burner and 3 sofas to lay back on. The stairs are narrow and the bathroom can be found halfway up. It has a lovely double ended bath underneath 2 skylights - perfect for relaxing and watching the sky. There is also a large shower in the bathroom. The bedroom is at the front of the house with a lovely view of the pretty village street. It has an extremely comfortable kingsize bed with white cotton bed linen and a hairdryer is provided for your use. It is my home and I live here when I am not at my partners house so you will have the property to yourself. Occasionally I may stay at the bottom of the garden in my studio, but I don't need access through the house, only up the side passage through to the end of the garden. Guest access The whole house is yours, plus the pretty garden. Other things to note There is a studio at the end of the garden which I may stay in on occasion if I am not at my partners. It is hidden away from the cottage and I can access it through a side gate passage, with no need to go through the house. As the cottage is very old there are a couple of low beams and doorways for very tall people - but the ceiling height is good in the rooms.
