The vineyards and spas begin 10 minutes away towards Ezequiel Montes. In one corner there is a small grocery store and in the other there is a modelorama, two blocks away there is a sports center, 5 minutes away there is a shopping plaza with a cinema, restaurants, cafeteria, and a convenience store. Located 2 km from the main square of Tequisquiapan (8 min by car and 25 min walking). Public transportation passes by two blocks away that takes you downtown and we also provide you with a phone number for taxi sites in case you decide that this is your means of transportation Guest access The entire top floor of the property is adapted for guests' use only. There are three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and each with a lockable door. There is also an apartment that is rented for weekends, the same, independent of the rooms. There is only one common area, which is an outdoor but covered hall with tables and water for guests. It also serves as a smoking area, as smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and this is the access to each of the rooms. Other things to note It is important to clarify that it is NOT A HOTEL. Therefore, the space is delivered clean and with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. However, there is no daily cleaning service. If you wish, this service is contracted separately at a cost of $200 per day and must be requested one day in advance.
