The property has a residential lobby, swimming pool, playground, and study lounge. Swimming Pool: *Operating hours is from 7:00AM- 10:00PM. *Pool Access can avail at the Admin Office located at P2. Office are open from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM and Saturday from 9AM to 1PM. *Pool fee is Php 150.00 on regular days and Php 300.00 during holidays. *Wear proper swimming attire. *Do not bring foods or drinks in the swimming area. Non-compliance may incur fine. Fitness Gym: *Gym access can avail at the Admin Office. *Access fee is 150/person per day. We can assist you on getting access of Pool and Gym fee. Just let us know ahead. Other things to note Weekend bookings should be booked in advance. Other things to note: *Upon booking, kindly provide guest’s IDs (government issued/passport) and vaccination card/certificate. For ease of check-in, send it as early as possible as we need to get the guest authorization form approved by the management. *Extra linens and towels are only provided for a minimum of 1 week stay. *Cooking is allowed, though cooking or heating aromatic food is not permitted to avoid a stinky smell in between stays. *No parties/events or anything that will leave a mark or mess. *SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. *The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness on the premises or its facilities. *The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. *Guests will be charged Php1000 for lost keys. *If you require cleaning service during your stay, please note that there is an extra service fee. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance. *If you need a car service (ex: Airport pick up, a 1-2 days rent a car/service involves pick up and drop off) We have a sedan (Honda City 2017) that you can rent for a cost.
