The space Fully furnished one bedroom beach condo is a short 100 steps to beautiful Deerfield Beach! 🏖️ The condo is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and close to the elevator. There is a gas grill in the common garden area for guests use. Pay per load washers & dryers are on site in the laundry room located in the back of building as well as a clothes line. This unit has a window air conditioner and a ceiling fan in both the bedroom and living room. The bedroom has both 2 inch wood blinds as well as room darkening blinds to accommodate everyone’s sleeping preferences. There is a tv in both the bedroom and living room . Living room tv has a Roku Streaming Stick. The bedroom can be made as a king or two twin beds. Please request twin beds in advance. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both the bed and pull out sleeper sofa have brand new memory foam toppers. 3 inch in the bedroom and 1.5 inch on the pullout sleeper sofa. You can access the bathroom from both the bedroom and living room for convenience and privacy at night. The condo is appointed for four people. I will start you out with two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, hotel size shampoo / conditioner and two small bars of soap. There is salt & pepper shakers, coffee filters, sugar, sugar substitute and dish soap provided in the kitchen. There are cleaning products available for your use. In the front closet you will find: ☀️ Beach towels ☀️ Beach chairs ☀️ Beach umbrella ☀️ Beach mat ☀️ 1 Boogie Board ☀️ Rolling cooler ☀️ Iron ☀️ Full size ironing board (can be found in the walk-in closet in the bedroom) ☀️ Additional folding chairs for the dining table if needed. This building has a maintenance contract for monthly insect and pest control. This usually takes place the fourth Tuesday of each month.
