Other things to note Kindly be informed that as per legal regulations, we are required to register all guests and collect a city tax of 50 CZK per person per night. We will send you a payment link shortly before your stay or we settle it during check-in. Please note that this includes a small processing fee. In case of cancellation, please understand that this transaction fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding! Lastly, please keep in mind that in case of a last-minute booking just before the start of your stay, there is a possibility that the check-in process might take a little bit longer since we do our check-ins personally. However, we want to assure you that our utmost priority is to ensure your check-in is conducted promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such circumstances. Late night or early morning arrival is possible but please note we will prepare a SELF CHECK-IN OPTION for you and you will have to PICK UP KEYS AT A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, a safe location in the city center! Please respect the night silence rules 10 pm - 6 am. Please be respectful to our neighbours. Always remember to lock the door and shut off lights before leaving the apartment. No parties allowed. No stags allowed. No pets allowed. If you accidentally damage the equipment of the apartment let us know immediately so we can repair it in time for the next guests.
