The space This open floor plan features a beautiful, modern kitchen and furnishings, accommodating up to six guests. All rooms are bright and airy. The main bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a laundry room within the unit. A covered patio overlooks a private pool. The property is just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, a bar, a playground, a marina, a coffee shop, and a sundries store. Charters to visit other islands, fishing, and other adventures are available onsite. Guest access Guests have use of the entire townhouse and the Palm Cay community. Members' Beach rates may change without notice; we do not own those areas and are not responsible for their beach access protocols, rates, or the member beach access rate changes. See the Welcome Book in the unit for a current daily and weekly rate. PLEASE, rinse sand off towels, clothing and body before entering the condo. (There is a hose on the patio) The entire place is on one level, therefore accessible.
