Enjoy your coffee overlooking the lake, in our cozy 6-person cottage in Kaatsheuvel. Within a 5-minute walk, you are on the edge of the Loonse and Drunense dunes. Discover nature, enjoy hiking and cycling routes or experience a day full of magic in the Efteling (10 min. cycling from the park's rear entrance), 20 min. from the Beekse mountains. Cities such as Tilburg and Breda (20 min drive) are also close by for a pleasant day out. In the park, you will find various activities for young and old. The space Available; -3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. (80x200cm) -bed linen included. -1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. -1 separate toilet. - Air conditioning in the living room. - Kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso and dishwasher. 2 dishwasher tablets and dishwasher brush and dishwasher cloth are included. -free WiFi Not available as standard; - Shower towels, available for rent 9.94 euros per package (2 towels). -fryer - Kitchen towels, available for rent for 8.83 euros per set. -herbs such as salt and pepper. - camping bed (without bed linen!) to be reserved for 12.16 euros - High chair 8.83 euros. Cottage is for 6 guests. May have 1 extra baby 0-1 years so a total of 7. When 6 people and a baby come along, a tourist tax for the 7th person will be charged via ‘after account’. So that's not included in the payment. In addition to the cottage being cleaned after each visit, I regularly go there myself for an extra good cleaning! According to Europarcs guidelines, the park does not have a permit to allow work activities; accommodation is intended for recreational use only. Guest access The cottage is entirely at your disposal. Upon arrival at the park, you will receive a pass from the reception. With this pass, you can open the barrier at the front of the park and the door of the vacation home. Please note: A deposit may be requested for groups of friends. It is appreciated when you cooperate with this! Other things to note Please note: for bookings that will take place in 2026, there will be a VAT change. I can't schedule this one for the future right now. The price difference that will arise in 2026 of the 21% tax will later be settled with the guest via the Airbnb resolution center. Airbnb does not include any commission on amounts charged via the resolution center. Good news! Discount when booking 3 nights or more! You can see this when you continue in the booking system. Possibility for early check-in. Your vacation home is ready at 1 p.m. instead of 4 p.m. Costs are 41.63 euros. Also late check-out. The house is then available until 12 noon instead of 10 a.m. Costs are 41.63 euros. 24 hours after booking, you have the time to cancel free of charge, up to 14 days before arrival date is 50% of the amount and 14 days to day arrival is 100% of the booking amount to be paid. The park is firearm! When you come by public transport, enter "Vaartstraat" at OV9292 as the final destination. Line 300 or 301 Tilburg. From there it is still 750 meters walk to the park.
