Bright Basement Suite Close to the Mountains

Enjoy time away at this bright and peaceful abode with the comforts of your own home. The location of this cozy suite is ideal; with close access to Canmore, Banff, Kananaskis, and Calgary during one of its biggest events: The Calgary Stampede. While Calgary offers incredible nightlife, shopping, fine dining, and entertainment, Banff National Park provides stunning views and world-class natural wonders. Please note that your private entrance to the basement suite is located at the back of the property and is accessed from Sundown View, not from the front of the house. When you arrive, please drive to Sundown View and park your vehicle on the street behind the property. There is a fire hydrant nearby, so please ensure your vehicle is parked at least 5 metres (16 feet) away from the hydrant, as required by law. After parking, enter through the back gate located in the rear fence and follow the walkway to your private basement entrance.
