We sanitize the whole house after each check out as part of our cleaning process for our guests to have a peace of mind. Viera Villa is a fully furnished 5 bedrooms, air-conditioned accommodation, WIFI, KTV system, BBQ area and 16ft private swiming pool. We created this home out of passion, like photo area to this double storey link-bungalow. Viera Villa is ideal for hosting family gathering. A home that give you the best staying experience possible! The space Details •Multiple cars are allowed & free to park on premises car pouch, and along the road outside the house . As part of covid-19 hygiene control, bath towels are no longer provided. Guests are advised to bring their own cleaning supplies also. . For BBQ, We will only provide BBQ grill, guests will need to bring their own BBQ accessories. •Feel free to use the kitchen, please clean up all kitchenware and utensils after used •Smoking strictly not allowed indoors •Shoes not allowed indoors. •Please keep our home secure and lock doors & windows when leaving the home •No pets allowed •Please feel comfortable and treat it as your own home for the duration of your stay •Please take extra precaution in using staircase •Please keep voice down after 10:00pm •Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. Please contact our team, to arrange a late checkout (subject to availability). If no prior arrangements have been made, we reserve the right to charge a late checkout fees on failure to check out the room(s) on expiry. The management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied. •If you use the remote controller for the auto gate, please drop the remote controller into the mail box or place into its original place when you check out. If you lose the remote controller, RM50.00 will be charged. •Money, jewels and other valuables are brought to Viera Villa at the guest’s sole risk. The property and or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guests remain solely responsible for the safekeeping of any such items.
