Great water pressure throughout the house. The floors and the main bathroom have been recently renovated, so everything is sparkling clean and fresh. You'll be able to spread out between three cozy bedrooms, plus the sofa extends into a bed for even more space to snooze. Check out the mattresses, each designed for a unique sleep experience. We've also got you covered with all the amenities, including down comforters, ample closet space, floor-length mirrors, and not one but two smart TVs. The 40" 4K HD LED smart TV in the main room and the 55" Ultra HD LED smart TV in the living room are perfect for movie nights and catching up on your favorite shows. Need to look your best? We've got steamers for your clothes and hair dryers in all bathrooms. If you need to get some work done there are two desks in the loft with plenty of outlets and a USD multi-charger to charge your computer or phone. There is a pool and two tennis courts that is shared by the community residents. While the pool is generally open, it can be closed down for circumstances beyond my control due to the weather or repairs the HOA is performing. There's plenty of space to park your cars too, with a two-door private garage and plenty of free street parking. And don't forget the private atrium where you can enjoy some quiet time. Coffee and a selection of teas is provided. As well plenty of board games and books to keep everyone entertained. I also provide extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup remover towels, razors, body wash, lotion and shampoo/conditioner. Home has a Minut noise sensor, which does not record, but detects decibel noise levels and crowding to deter large events. This is only to deter large events or parties and not meant to put a damper on your time with friends hanging out or playing music. This is mostly for monitoring loud noises after quiet hours. All I ask is that you don’t let the trash pile up or leave dirty dishes in the kitchen, but dirty towels can be left on the floor. Guest access Enjoy full access to the home.
