The space The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed directly through an external staircase of the building. From the entrance door you enter the living area, consisting of a kitchen/living room where there is also a two-seater sofa (no sofa bed). The kitchen is fully equipped. From a small corridor you can then access the sleeping area, where there is a single bedroom and a double bedroom. A travel crib for babies 0-3 years is available on request. The washing machine and dryer are inside a technical/storage room where you will also find everything you need to clean the house daily. Also in the sleeping area, you will find the bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and wall-mounted bidet. There are two balconies (in the master bedroom and in the kitchen) with east-west exposure. The apartment is very bright. Each room is equipped with underfloor heating and there are two air conditioners (in the kitchen and in the double bedroom). The apartment is in a strategic location to reach supermarkets, restaurants and pizzerias in less than a 5-minute walk and other beautiful beaches, ports, pharmacies in less than an 8-minute drive. Please note that there are stairs outside the apartment and that in the outdoor spaces of the apartment or with the windows open inside you may be subject to road traffic noise. Other things to note Our guests are asked to be respectful of the other guests in the building, the spaces and furnishings made available to them. No parties or gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We inform you that it is also forbidden at any time to host people other than those declared at the time of the reservation. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The apartment is clean and sanitized with strict enhanced cleaning protocols both before and after the visit. Cleaning includes ordinary cleaning; the kitchen, cutlery, dishes, oven, refrigerator and any other rooms and appliances in the apartment must be left in the same condition as they were offered at the beginning of the stay and without garbage residues. At the time of check-in, all guests will be required to show a valid photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations. Entry into our apartment is from 4pm to 9pm.
