The river will be calling to you long after you've said your goodbyes. The space This cottage is 1,500 square feet in size. Open floor plan on main level: Living space with electric fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Private Bedroom (Queen bed) with a Full bathroom (step-in shower) across the hall. Upper level is a large loft overlooking the main level below. It has a Queen Bed, half bathroom, and a writing desk at a window. Full laundry in basement Full house generator for emergencies Outside there is a grill, and steps down to the riverbank. The Garage is also available for parking Dogs Welcome! Guest access Garage is available for guest use. Other things to note Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional charge. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Dogs are allowed with an additional fee, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please be advised that it is absolutely imperative for all renters to keep their dogs on a leash at all times. While we truly appreciate and value pets, ensuring that our furry friends are leashed or properly secured is of utmost importance to us. Please take your pup with you or kennel them when you leave the home. We cannot have lonely barking dogs left at our property. Please be considerate and clean up after your pet.
