The space Two zone AC/Heat control (upstairs/downstairs). Queen sofa bed in the TV Room. One bedroom (#3 in the listing) is downstairs, as is one of the full bathrooms (with shower) — great for someone who can’t use the stairs. The only steps (3) required are to the front door. The other bathroom (shower/tub and two sinks) and three bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen: Ground coffee is supplied for the drip machine, but you will need to bring your own pods for the Nespresso. Guest access There is a wine refrigerator in the kitchen with two doors: One side is available for guests, while the other is locked for the owner. There are several interior closets and a refrigerator (garage) which are locked for owner content. Other things to note ***I’m sorry, but I do not rent to people new to the AirBnB platform with no rental history or reviews.*** There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the house. Violations will be reported to AirBnB and additional cleaning fees will be assessed. Failure to follow the checkout steps may also result in additional cleaning fees. The house is not “child-proof” (no cabinet locks, no stair gates, no table corner bumpers, and furniture is not anchored to walls, etc). Ground coffee for the drip machine is supplied, but if you want to use the Nespresso machine you will need to bring your own pods (“original” Nespresso pods, not Vertuo). There is also sugar, oil, salt/pepper and some spices. Recycling is mandatory: The town may assess fines (guest responsibility) for not separating recyclables.
