Family paradise near the sea

Welcome to this lovely villa in Getskär. A real summer paradise. Perfect for families with children. Getskär's swimming area offers cliffs, beach and swimming jetty. Activities that are also common here are kite surfing, kayaking and SUP. From Stora Höga, you are close to Stenungsund, Tjörn and Orust as well as Svartedalen Nature Reserve. By commuter train/car, you can get to Gothenburg in 30 minutes. The space On this quiet street, you can enjoy relaxing on the terrace, the patio, the lawn or indoors. In the garden, there is a trampoline where the children can play. There's also a playground next to the property. In the new hot tub, you can enjoy and have a wonderful time. The hot tub is 2.20 x 3 meters in size. Our old hot tub can be seen in some pictures because we have not had the opportunity to take any new pictures yet. A villa of 160 sqm. In total, there are beds for 6 people. One double bed (180 cm), one 140 cm bed, two 120 cm beds. We also have 2 mattresses (80 cm) that you can put on the floor if you are more guests. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom, bedroom (with double bed) and sunroom. Upstairs, there is a spacious living room, bathroom and three bedrooms. If you want to take a dip in the sea, you can walk to Getskär's swimming area in a few minutes. Cleaning included. Sheets and towels are included. If you have any questions, please let me know. Greetings, Linn and family Guest access You have access to the whole house (except our walk-in closet) during your stay. The car(s) are parked outside the garage as you do not have access to it. There is room for two cars in the parking lot. Other things to note In the house, there are cameras connected to a professional alarm system. They are not available to us as hosts and are only activated if a fire or burglary alarm goes off, in order to be able to verify the event and alert if necessary.
