The space We want you to feel right at home during your stay! Please note that we have 5 friendly dogs on the property who help watch over the land. They’re part of the family and usually great with guests. However, if you're uncomfortable around dogs or prefer not to have them nearby, this may not be the right place for you to book. We’d rather be upfront so you can have the best possible experience wherever you choose to stay! Our property is located on a HILL and there are stairs required to access ALL units. Please take a close look at the photos! We have 24/7 guard on site. Guest access The studio apartment is your private unit. You will pass by your downstairs neighbor's terrace on your way up. Other things to note We do not have a TV in the room. We do often broadcast games or play movies in the Cafe Bar Colorado. There can be disruptions to water and electricity in Fort Dauphin, but we do our best to moderate these with a Generator and water storage onsite.
