Quick access to various Hikes, Dirt/Quad trails, Mountain biking, Lakes, 5 mins drive to Pass Powder Keg ski . 45 mins to Castle Mountain, 45 mins to Fernie, 60 mins to Waterton National Park, 75 mins to US border (lakes and shopping) . Awesome lakes and picnic spots likes, Lake koocanusa , Surveyor Lake, Rosen lake, Waterfalls etc. House rules: 1. Wood for the fireplace is NOT included in the price, however for your convenience and if required I can sell 10 pieces for $12 you would have to e-transfer me the money after booking. Garbage Disposal: for your convenience a bear proof garbage bin is located at the back alley of the property.
