Lakeside vacation with sauna, dogs welcome

Detached vacation home with lake view in Scandinavian style for 4+ 1 persons. Up to three dogs are welcome. Very bright and modern wooden house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna, an alcove and sofa bed in the living room, open kitchen, fireplace, covered terrace with lake view, fenced garden with barbecue, rowing boat and 4 bicycles. The bathing and fishing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is only about 80 steps away, bathing bays for dogs only a few minutes' walk. The space The Südstrand vacation home is a wood-frame house with 75 square meters of living space. It is a single-story home and very bright thanks to the large windows facing the garden. The house is furnished in a modern and cozy style and features a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is completely fenced in, with the fence reaching a height of 80 cm at its lowest point. The price includes utilities (electricity, water, and gas). Two bedrooms offer plenty of space to relax. Here you’ll find two 90-cm single beds and one 180-cm double bed with room for an additional cot. In the living room, a fifth guest can sleep in the alcove. In the bathroom, the small sauna offers you the chance to enjoy a little wellness during your vacation. The room also features a floor-to-ceiling shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Our fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house. Underfloor heating keeps your feet warm, and on cool evenings, feel free to light the fireplace in the living room. The garden, with its patio and grill, offers plenty of space for your whole family. You can conveniently park up to 2 cars right by the house. From May through October, a rowboat is available to you free of charge. You can book an electric motor for the boat in advance through me. Fishing is permitted in the lake; I’ll be happy to provide you with the contact information for the local fishing authority so you can obtain your fishing permit. Guest access Guests book the complete accommodation with their own access. Other things to note The rental price for the vacation home includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity) and the final cleaning. Further additional services can be booked optionally: - Complete laundry packages at €28/person or - Towel package à 14,-€/person - Bed linen package à 16,-€/person - Electric motor for the rowing boat 50,-€/week - 2 kayaks (paddles included), €30 per kayak for the entire stay A maximum of 3 dogs can be brought into the vacation home. There is a fee of 7€/day per dog, which must be paid via the Airbnb system. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the vacation village, but can be left after a few steps for long walks in nature. Bathing bays for people and dogs are available around the lake and in the immediate vicinity of the holiday village. Dogs are not allowed on the beach in the vacation village.‼️ The provisions of the house rules apply.
