Vacation home Südstrand am Dümmer See, Mecklenburg

Detached vacation home with lake view in Scandinavian style for 4+ 1 persons. Up to three dogs are welcome. Very bright and modern wooden house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna, an alcove and sofa bed in the living room, open kitchen, fireplace, covered terrace with lake view, fenced garden with barbecue, rowing boat and 4 bicycles. The bathing and fishing lake with sandy beach and sunbathing lawn is only about 80 steps away, bathing bays for dogs only a few minutes' walk. The space The Südstrand vacation home is a timber-framed house with 75 square meters of living space. It is at ground level and very bright thanks to the large window front facing the garden. The house is modern and comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is completely fenced, at the lowest points with a height of 80cm. Guest access Guests book the complete accommodation with their own access. Other things to note A fee of €200 is due 7 days before arrival, which is paid via the Airbnb system. This will be used to offset any additional services booked and any additional cleaning hours. The balance will be refunded up to 10 days after departure.‼️ The rental price for the vacation home includes all utilities (gas, water, electricity) and the final cleaning. Further additional services can be booked optionally: - Complete laundry packages at €28/person or - Towel package à 14,-€/person - Bed linen package à 16,-€/person - Electric motor for the rowing boat 50,-€/week A maximum of 3 dogs can be brought into the vacation home. There is a fee of 40€ per dog, which must be paid via the Airbnb system. We will upload a corresponding invoice via the Airbnb system.‼️ Dogs must be kept on a leash in the vacation village, but can be left after a few steps for long walks in nature. Bathing bays for people and dogs are available around the lake and in the immediate vicinity of the holiday village. Dogs are not allowed on the beach in the vacation village.‼️ The provisions of the house rules apply.
