Dear guests 🌞 Entirely private floor with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, "kitchen" area with fridge, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishes: ⚠️ it is not possible to cook We don't provide bath towels 🛁 Optional continental breakfast (€7 to be paid on-site directly) 🥐 The space Dear Guests🌻 To avoid misunderstandings, please read the description to the end 😉 ⚠️We don't provide towels, so don't forget to bring yours 😉 The entire floor reserved for you includes: - 2 large bedrooms - Bathroom - TV lounge and bar table - "Kitchen" area with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and basic tableware, so it is not possible to cook ⚠️ The space is suitable for remote work. Free Wi-Fi If you wish, a continental breakfast will be prepared for you, at an additional cost of €7 per person (to be paid directly): - Tea/coffee/chocolate of your choice☕🫖 - Fresh morning bread and pastries from the artisan baker 🥖🥐 - Homemade crepes or pancakes🥞 - Homemade jams with semi-salted🍯 butter🧈 - Local yogurts - Freshly squeezed orange juice 🍊 Please vacate the room by 10 a.m. When parking in front of our house, please place your car fully on the sidewalk so as not to hinder traffic 🚗 If you're on a bike, it will be safe in our closed garage 🚲 Feel free to ask if you need anything 😉 Enjoy your stay 🌞 Guest access The floor is entirely dedicated to you, partitioned and closed by a door to preserve your privacy, no room will be shared with us. Only the entrance is common, but being partitioned from the rest of the living rooms, you are free to enter and exit without feeling observed 😉
