The space Villa Blue has a three-story (triplex) structure that combines comfort and elegance: Bedrooms: There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms in total. There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom where you can enjoy the sea view. Pools: There is a huge 12-meter-long private pool and a children's pool in the garden. Kitchen & Living Room: You can prepare gourmet delicacies in our fully equipped American kitchen (everything from coffee machine to dishwasher included), and in the evenings you can enjoy the view in front of the fireplace in your living room. Child-Friendly: Our little guests have not been forgotten with the children's playground and baby equipment in the garden. Location and Transportation: Our villa is located in a prestigious area overlooking the city. It is 2 km from the city center and 5 km from the sea. Since public transportation is limited in Demre, it is necessary to use a personal vehicle or taxi for transportation. Road and Land Structure: There is a 200-meter slope to reach the unique view offered by our villa. Privacy and Confidentiality: Our villa is not fully sheltered (conservative); the pool and garden area can be seen from the neighboring villa. Bedroom and Bathroom Layout: Our villa has 4 bedrooms. While 3 of our rooms have an en-suite bathroom/WC, the 4th room uses the shared bathroom/WC in the living room area. Security: For your safety, there are security cameras that monitor the villa entrance door, parking area and the road in front of the villa. Pets and Smoking: Pets are not allowed due to our hygiene standards. Please do not smoke indoors. Winter Season: Pools are not active during winter stays.
