Gîte La Colinette 3*: St Pierre de Curtille, on the road to the tour of Lake Bourget, 3 km from the beach of Conjux (restaurant, pedal boats, boat rental) fully renovated cottage, 110 m2 terrace + 50 m2 garden, 5 bedrooms for 8 adults, 4 children and 1 baby. Air conditioning is only in the 2 attic rooms. Being an old house with big walls the bottom is cool even in summer Visit the abbey of Hautecombe, 6 km from the village of Chanaz, its artisans, its canal, restaurants by the water. The space To make the most of your vacation or weekends and lighten your luggage!!! - Your beds are made upon arrival. - Towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. - You don't have to clean when you leave, we take care of everything! Except for sure: - Empty your garbage cans as well as the selective sorting (2 bins available in the garden shed) - Dishes clean and tidy as well as the dishwasher emptied. - Plancha cleaned. - For weekend rentals, the check-out time can be delayed depending on availability, contact us. - We will consider any specific requests. At your disposal free of charge when booking, baby bed, mattress, mattress protector, highchair, changing mat, baby bath and safety barriers for stairs- - In front of the cottage you have a free private parking space for three cars, otherwise free communal parking is 50 m away. - Outside you have: - A 5 m2 enclosed garden shed to store bicycles, beach gear, etc. - A wooden terrace of 110m2+ a fully fenced 50m2 lawn area. - Dining table, garden furniture,sunbeds, umbrellas. - Gas plancha (bottle provided) with sink. - Ping pong table. - On the ground floor, upon entering, you will find: - A fully equipped kitchen, induction cooktop, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with 3-drawer freezer section, - Filter coffee maker + 1 Nespresso, kettle, toaster, citrus press, blender, fondue and raclette machine and all necessary cooking utensils. - A laundry room: - Washer, dryer, ironing table with iron, vacuum cleaner, broom etc... - A great fridge. - A separate toilet. - A dining room, table for 12 people, -Lounge, TV. - Free WiFi. On the 1st floor: - One bedroom for 2 people, double bed: 160*200, a closet, a small desk, TV. - One bedroom 2 pers, double bed: 140*200, a closet and a desk. - One bedroom for 2 people, double bed: 160*200, a closet, a small desk, possibility to add 1 umbrella bed in this room( provided free of charge on request). - Bathroom, storage, hairdryer. - A separate toilet. - On the 2nd floor: - A 2-person bedroom, AIR-CONDITIONED double bed: 160 x 200, with its private bathroom (bathtub), wardrobe, television, hairdryer. - A bedroom for 4 children/teens, AIR-CONDITIONED, 4 single beds, dresser. - A children's bathroom. - A separate toilet. - All bedrooms being located upstairs we can't accommodate the people with reduced mobility. - At your disposal in the gîte are maps and tourist guides. - We remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. - It is strictly forbidden to have parties, or bachelor/bachelorette parties - We regret that we are unable to accept pets.
