La Colinette 3* Cottage: In the heart of St Pierre de Curtille, on the road around Lake Bourget, 3 km from Conjux Beach (restaurant, pedal boats, boat rental) we offer our fully renovated cottage, a village house with terrace of 110 m2 + garden of 50 m2, 5 bedrooms for 8 adults, 4 children/teens + 1 baby. You can visit the Abbey of Hautecombe, hiking, water sports, 6 km from the tourist village of Chanaz, its craftsmen, its canal and its waterfront restaurants. The space To make the most of your holidays or weekends and lighten your luggage!!! - Your beds are made upon arrival. - Towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. - You don't have to clean up when you leave, we take care of everything! Except of course: - Empty your garbage cans as well as the selective sorting (2 bins available in the garden shed) - Clean and tidy dishes as well as empty dishwasher. - Clean the grill. - For weekend rentals, checkout time can be delayed according to availability, contact us. - We consider any specific request. Available free of charge at the time of booking, baby bed, mattress, mattress protector, high chair, changing mat, baby bath and safety gates for stairs- - In front of the cottage you have a free private space for three cars, otherwise free communal parking is 50 m away. - Outside you have: - A closed garden shed of 5 m2 to store bicycles, beach gear, etc... - A 110 m2 wooden terrace + a 50 m2 fully fenced lawn area. - Dining table, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols. - Gas grill (bottle provided) with sink. - Ping pong table. - On the ground floor, upon entering you will find: - A fully equipped kitchen, induction cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section, 3 drawers, - Filter coffee maker + 1 Nespresso, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, blender, fondue and raclette machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. - A laundry room: - Washing machine, dryer, ironing board with iron, vacuum cleaner, broom etc... - A fridge. - A separate restroom. - A dining room, table for 12 people, - Living room, TV. - Free WIFI. On the 1st floor: - A bedroom for 2 people, double bed: 160*200, a closet, a small desk, television. - A 2-person bedroom, double bed: 140*200, a closet and a desk. - A bedroom for 2 people, double bed: 160*200, a closet, a small desk, possibility of adding 1 folding crib in this room (provided free of charge on request). - Bathroom, storage, hairdryer. - A separate toilet. - On the 2nd floor: - A 2-person bedroom, double bed: 160 x 200, with its private bathroom (bath), wardrobe, TV, hairdryer. - A children/teens room, 4 single beds, dresser. - A children's shower room. - A separate restroom. - All rooms are located upstairs, we cannot accommodate people with reduced mobility. - At your disposal in the gîte, maps and tourist guides. - We remind you that no smoking is allowed inside the gite. - It is strictly forbidden to have parties, including bachelor/bachelorette parties - We regret that we cannot accept pets.
