Charming turn-of-the-century home in Örebro

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. Our charming turn-of-the-century villa is situated on a quiet street in Örebro, just a couple of minutes from Gustavsvik Water Park, home to Sweden's largest water adventure for families. The city centre is only a 5-minute bike ride or a 15-minute walk away, where you'll find shopping, a wide selection of nice restaurants, and many of Örebro's most popular attractions - all within easy reach. The space The Space Welcome to our spacious turn-of-the-century villa – a warm and family-friendly home with plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The house is spread over three floors. Guests have access to the ground floor, the upper floor, and the laundry room in the basement. Ground Floor * Spacious living room with a TV and fireplace. * Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. * Separate dining room with plenty of seating for shared meals. * Guest toilet. Upper Floor * Bedroom 1: One 120 cm (47") bed. * Bedroom 2: One 120 cm (47") bed. * Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two 80 cm (31") beds. * Bedroom 4: One king-size bed (180 × 200 cm / 71 × 79 in). * Bathroom with shower and toilet. Basement * Laundry room with a washing machine available for guests to use when needed. Garden The house is surrounded by a beautiful 700 m² (7,500 sq ft) garden – a peaceful green space where you can relax and enjoy your stay. There are two furnished patios: * One patio with a dining table, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner outdoors. * A second patio with a comfortable lounge seating area, ideal for your morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play, for relaxing, and for spending quality time together during the warmer months. Good to Know This is our permanent home, which means that some personal belongings remain in certain areas of the house. We have done our best to create a welcoming and comfortable environment where guests can feel at home. A home office on the ground floor is private and not accessible during your stay. The basement is primarily intended for use of the laundry room and is otherwise not part of the guest area, as it is still being renovated.
