This beautiful newly renovated camper is in a nice secluded place behind a house to enjoy with family and friends. Camper is within walking distance to Andrews University, Berrien County Youth Fair, stores, parks, and downtown Berrien Springs. ~15 minutes from U Pick Fruits, St. Joe River, Red Bud Track and Trail. ~30 minutes from Notre Dame, Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, Barn Weddings, and the beautiful views of Lake Michigan and its beaches. ~40 minutes from New Buffalo and more. The camper has one queen bed. One couch pulls out to a wide twin bed. The dining table coverts into a short but wide twin bed (ideal for kids). Can sleep 4 comfortably but can fit up to 5 with two kids sleeping on the bed made from the dining table. The camper features a small TV and free wifi. The kitchen has basic amenities if a guest desires to cook—pots, pans, plates, stove, fridge, microwave, etc. Neighboring/Stray cats and deer may enter the yard from time to time. No smoking allowed! (inside or outside the camper) Guests have access to the entire main camper, outdoor patio (shared), and a fire pit. You also have all of the mowed area behind the house.
