We are one of the few hosts that keeps the essence of Airbnb, where we are the owners of the property and we directly serve our own guests, we do not have agents neither brokers to manage our apartments. Great Location, half a mile from "La 5ta Avenida" and less than 10 minutes walking to the beach. Playacar is one of the most exclusive gated communities in Playa del Carmen, where you can go around on bicycle or running. The space Mexican style complex, there are other 5 lofts (6 in total) and they share the pool, bbq grill and some common areas. Each one has a full equipped kitchenette (Fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishes, etc...), balcony, private bathroom, smart tv, dinning table, closet and Air Conditioning. We provide bed sheets, towels and almost everything you could need. Basically if we do not have it, we can get it for you. We got mesh Wifi network, which provides up to 300 mbps, suitable for working, online meetings or just watching a movie. We rather not to have parties and keep it low at late hours, so every guest can enjoy and relax while staying with us. Guest access Before your arrival we will share with you the location, QR Code and guidelines to access the gated community. Once inside the gated community we usually greet our guests at the arrival and show them the way around the apartment and common areas. At that moment you may request for any additional specific items that you might like to have for the kitchen. We will also show you the shortest path to the beach and the retail areas close to the apartment for grocery shopping or dining spots. If, by anychance, we are not able to greet you in person, we will share instructions for the lockbox to get the key and access the apartment. Other things to note Most of our guests enjoy a very unique experience and look forward to stay with us again on their next trips to Playa del Carmen. Since Playacar is a gated community with private security and controlled access, our guests enjoy the environment of safety that Playacar offers.
