The place is great for team building, corporate events, family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, or just simply a serene staycation for small and big groups. The space Our place is not a resort but rather a farm house stay where you will feel close to nature and will experience tranquility and harmony while bonding with your friends and love ones. It’s a home to some of our farm animals like goats, sheeps, chickens, birds, so please expect from time to time that there will be a certain smell (but not a bad smell), depending on the directions of the wind. Other things to note We send a g**gle form to our confirmed guests to help us understand our guest’s needs during their stay. It is important to fill out the said form, otherwise, the default airbnb configuration and inclusion shall apply. Other charges would apply depending on your requests.. Videoke is charged at 1000 pesos for overnight but subject to terms and conditions of use. Extra person is charged at 1,200 pesos per person for more than 24 pax. Pet fee is 500 pesos per pet Bonfire is 350 pesos per bundle of wood Garden Dinner Table Setup is charged at 3,000 pesos inclusuon of dishwashing services that guests will use from the dinner setup. Please bring towels, soap, shampoo, and other personal effects. Bring dishwashing liquid and sponge if you will have to wash utensils and dinnerwares or if you’ll use the items we have in the kitchen bar. For sanitary purposes and prevention of illnesses, each group of guests must have their own sponge. We have a Terms and Conditions of Stay. It will be provided to you before date of check in.
