The space The house consists of two floors, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool area, with sleeping space for two (180 cm wide). The bed is brand new with comfortable mattresses. The room also has wardrobes and other storage. The second bedroom has a newly purchased bunk bed and an IKEA sofa bed for two people. Additionally, there is a smaller pull-out junior bed and an additional crib available, as well as clothing storage. Bedroom 2 also has its own shower and sink. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a large corner sofa, a newly purchased 55" TV with streaming services installed. The kitchen is also located here, with an open breakfast bar facing the living room, as well as a foyer both at the front and back. The front terrace is approximately 15m2 with chairs and a table for morning coffee. The back area is around 20m2, featuring a large dining table and an area for serving or cooking if you choose to use the griddle. Each room has newly installed air conditioning and ceiling fans for optimal sleeping temperature. If there are children, there are a total of 7 + 1 sleeping spaces available if you use the smaller junior bed in Bedroom 2 and the crib. Guest access As a tenant, you have access to the entire house, including all facilities, except for the third floor. Other things to note Outside on the street, you can park your car, and there is almost always space available. If there is no space there, there is a large parking lot about 20 meters away near the park and sports field. There is also access to a car child seat and stroller.
