Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening. The space The property has one main lounge which you enter into. This room contains the couch/futon which folds out into a small double. If you want this bed made up with bedding please book for 3 people even if only 2 guests to account for the extra bedding. The kitchenette and small dining table and the TV / shelving with kids books. The second room is the bedroom with a queen bed in it. There is also a separate bathroom with shower , toilet etc Guest access Guests have private access through their own front door to the flat Other things to note The flat is underneath the house and so some noise does travel between the main house and the flat. So please let us know if we are making too much noise for you and we ask for quiet after 10pm from your flat.
