Clean Cozy, 10 min from Central MTR, at Mid-Levels

- Cute Cat here! - Bed size: 202cm*140cm /6’8”x4’8” - The bed is an ikea sofa turned into a bed with extra soft mattress on top with 95% good reviews. If you have high standards for the bed pls think before booking :) - Shower with strong water pressure - Homy and spacious(HK standard;) and it is right off the Mid-level escalator -Very accessible and yet in a uniquely Quiet and Bright location - 10 minutes walk to Central subway - All basic necessities to ensure you a comfortable stay The space -- it’s a two bedroom apartment. One of the bedroom is for Airbnb. The other bedroom is occupied by me(female) -It requires to climb some stairs to the 1st floor - Modern design - Older but clean WC & bathroom - Free wifi internet - You have your own desk and a cabinet to store your stuff Guest access The whole apartment including the bathroom, kitchen, living room and Dinning area During your stay I like to have small chats and offer you help with some city info, what’s fun to do and how to get around etc. I appreciate also some quiet time and privacy. Other things to note - the place is at Mid-Levels 半山. The taxi can’t access directly in front of the buidling and it requires to walk 15-20 steps -Update from 2025 Feb: Please note there is a CCTV camera 📷 in the living room shared space due to security reasons and to take care of the house cat 🐈
