The space This is a private entrance apartment in the basement of our home. 1 Bedroom with a King sized bed. Open concept kitchen-great room with a fireplace seating area perfect for games and socializing and a TV space with sectional couch. Well-appointed full bathroom. Brand new couch by the fireplace has a queen pull out. Luxury finishes throughout. We picked this home to live close to the canyons with all the city conveniences. We are sure you will love the location as much as we do. Guest access Free off-street parking for up to two cars adjacent to apartment entrance. Guests will receive their custom access code on the day of arrival. Private entrance is accessed inside the garage to the home, so the stairs are always free of snow. Other things to note This is a Basement apartment. We live on the upper floors and half the basement. It is completely seperated from our living space by locked doors. You will enter the apartment through the side garage door and then go down the stairs to the basement door to enter the apartment. The Heating and cooling is a whole home system set to 69 degrees. It is not controlled from the space. If the apartment feels cold at all, the gas fireplace will heat the space up really quickly by flipping the switch on the wall and adjusting the knob next to it for the blower. If there is a problem at all with the temperature we are happy to accomidate a change to the temperature set on the system.
