The house is a historic house over 100 years old which has been completely adapted for your comfort. Our house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, has capacity for 12 people where each apartment has 2 full size beds. If you need, you can ask us for an inflatable bed. Thanks to the digital lock we can offer contactless self check-in for maximum flexibility and security. Plus, you won't have to worry about carrying keys when you leave the apartment. Inside each apartment you will find everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, you can even enjoy a night of Netflix on the 40" TV. We even make sure the apartment has beach towels that you can take with you to the lake if you want to go enjoy a swim. Each apartment in the house has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals; we also have an odor extractor over the stove. And, of course, high-speed WIFI is included. All of our furniture is made from recycled wood furniture, we take it and turn it into stylish new furniture that you can use. Each apartment has a place to hang clothes with 5 hangers, and a ladder to hang wet towels to dry. We know that the most important thing when looking for a place to sleep, is to get a good night's rest. So we do not skimp on anything, our apartments have: - Full size orthopedic mattresses. - 100% quality cotton sheets that feel like silk on your skin. - Air conditioning to keep you comfortable in the heat. - Plenty of comfortable pillows and cushions for lounging. We have also placed a 40" TV in each of the apartments so you can enjoy a night of Netflix and relax from your bed or living room. Each apartment has a sliding window overlooking the hallway, we have placed curtains with black out fabrics to have a pleasant rest. Each apartment has a modern bathroom (private), you will find a large tub with hot and cold water, so you can enjoy and take a relaxing bath at the end of the day. In addition, you will find everything you need for your comfort, from facial, hand, bath and beach towels, as well as a cleaning kit for your convenience. For your peace of mind, we also offer communication and assistance 7 days a week, we know that problems can arise when traveling at any time of the day, so we want you to know that you can call us or send us a message at any time. You will have private access to the entire house and its apartments, which include a kitchenette and a bathroom each. The house is locked and only you will have access to it during your stay with us. The entrance from the street is shared with 2 other apartments in the building making a total of 3 apartments inside the house. Check-in is any time after 3:00 pm. We will provide you with an access code for the main entrance and for your room door to enter the apartment. We love to receive happy guests and believe that our space is ideal for any tourist activity. We are located on the main street of Flores Island, so many restaurants, bars and nightclubs are just a few meters away, keep in mind that it is always kept in a super lively and fun atmosphere so noise and music can be a problem. Also being located in a humid place and very close to the lake, you may encounter certain insects such as spiders, flies, butterflies, etc.. They are not dangerous but this is their habitat so you are sure to see some. We always have electricity and water, but being located on the island it is possible that sometimes our system fails, something we will fix on the spot. Where are we located? We are located on the main street of Flores so you are within walking distance of the best restaurants, bars and cafes. It can get quite hot in Flores so it's good to know that if you want to cool off, near our apartment there is a bar / restaurant that has a swimming pool that guests can use for consumption only. How to get around? Thanks to the privileged location of Hostted Apartments, getting around will not be a problem. The red TucTucs can stop right on the street and will take you anywhere you need to go. If you need to go a little further, then you will find the bus stop a few meters away with buses traveling to Tikal, Yaxhá, Lanquín, Belize, and other destinations.
