The house offers three bedrooms, an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and island, plus a large garden with a private jetty and direct lake access. Whether you're watching sunsets by the water, cooking together or enjoying a peaceful workcation, this is a place to leave everyday life behind. The space We designed and built this home with one idea in mind: to create a peaceful place that brings you closer to nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors, filling every room with natural light throughout the day. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large island that's perfect for cooking and spending time together. There's also a guest toilet and a utility room with a washer-dryer. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms and a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and double washbasin. The garden is the heart of the property. Surrounded by mature lime trees, a willow tree and natural wild planting, you'll have your own private jetty with direct access to the lake. The terrace overlooks the water and is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, garden, terrace and private jetty throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all essential cookware and tableware. A washer-dryer, vacuum cleaner and handheld vacuum are also available. Despite its peaceful setting, everything is within easy walking distance: the public beach at Werlsee is around 5 minutes away, Peetzsee about 10 minutes and the nearby forest approximately 15 minutes. Shops, cafés, restaurants, a pharmacy and other local amenities can be found in the centre of Grünheide. The local bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, while Fangschleuse railway station (RE1) can be reached in around 20 minutes on foot. Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg is located just 6 km south of the house. Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) can be reached conveniently by train or in around 30 minutes by car. Other things to note Our home is ideal for anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with nature, whether you're travelling as a family, with friends or enjoying a peaceful workation. Subject to availability, you can also book the use of a stand-up paddleboard as well as private sessions in fitness boxing, yoga or mindfulness training.
