Our cozy tucked away island guesthouse is 550 sq. ft. of boho studio space. Perfect for travelers who are alone, a couple, or even small families. You have your own parking that has direct access to a LARGE fenced in yard with privacy fencing for your comfort! Pets are welcome! Located on Wilmington Island just 15 minutes from Tybee Island beaches & downtown Savannah! IMPORTANT NOTICE:No Smoking Home/yard. Marijuana is illegal in Georgia.Neighbors will report sightings or odors to the police The space Inside you'll find: one full bath room (No bathtub), a queen bed, two twin beds (trundle), a workspace, a PAC-Man arcade machine, a living area, and a kitchenette (No stove). Kitchen is equipped with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, TOASTER OVEN, HOT PLATE, toaster and fridge. Also provided items: ironing board, iron, hair dryer, hangers, spare sheets, dog bed, dog bowls We've provided some books, games, and puzzles for adults as well as children. There are extra cozy blankets, wifi with DisneyPlus included on TV, and DVD player. Our island Kroger offers a RedBox rental for movies! Outside we have a very LARGE private yard! You can enjoy a quiet outdoor area surrounded by nature. Your dogs will have room to run and stretch their legs! Within just a few minutes drive Wilmington Island offers Kroger, Publix, Dollar Store, Ace Hardware, McDonalds, restaurants, banks, and parks. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- We are located near the woods and marsh. There is much wildlife roaming our property and our neighbor's including: raccoons, opossums, squirrels, birds, water fowl, moles, insects, turtles, and more. All wildlife should be observed and left alone by LAW. Our neighbors have outdoor cats that occasionally wonder into our yard. They are all friendly but please do not let inside. We have had the house treated for pest but that does not mean a bug can't get inside when doors open and etc. NO CANCELLATION FOR BUGS PETS- IF YOU NEED A PET CRATE WHILE YOU ARE STAYING LET US KNOW. WE HAVE SMALL, LARGE, AND XLARGE WE CAN PROVIDE READY FOR YOUR PETS Guest access Once you come down the driveway there will be 1 space provided for you just LEFT of the house that is DIRECTLY in front of the wooden closed gate. PLEASE PARK CLOSE TO THE GATE SO THE DRIVEWAY IS NOT BLOCKED Park and then enter through the gate to the yard and house. We will provide details of entry on the day of arrival close to check in time. Please note- this property is a non-smoking indoors AND outdoors for TOBACCO AND MARIJUANA. Local Laws: Marijuana is illegal in Georgia. Neighbors WILL report sightings or odors to the police.
