Cottage idyll on Lökholmen

Experience real summer idyll with proximity to the lake, beach and playground, perfect for the whole family! Welcome to our charming cottage on Løkholmen with lake views and walking distance to several beaches. The cabin is from 1913 and has classic Swedish charm with room for the whole family. Your dog is also welcome 😊 The beds are divided between the main cabin and the attached annex. Here you will find most of the things you need for a comfortable stay, including a barbecue, trampoline and outdoor furniture. The space The cabin consists of a main cabin on two floors, and an annex. There are 3 bedrooms inside the cabin, and 4 beds in the annex. Bedroom on the 1st floor consists of a double bed. Bedroom 2 is located on the 2nd floor and is furnished with a 1.60 double bed and a baby crib. Bedroom 3 is also on the 2nd floor, and is a simpler room but is fine to sleep in. This is furnished with an older double bed. In the annex there is a bunk bed and a pull-out double bed. The standard of the cabin is good, but it is good to know that this is a hundred-year-old cabin. Some things are of an older standard, but the cabin as a whole has been modernized. The kitchen is equipped with what you need. Microwave, kettle, coffee maker, coffee capsule machine, oven and hotplates. The bathroom was renovated in 2023 and consists of a toilet and shower. In the living room we have a dining table - where the best view is clearly straight out to the sea. In the living room you will also find a sofa corner with TV. In the attic there is a hook for the children, including Nintendo, books and toys. Guest access As a guest, you have the entire cabin and annex to yourselves, in addition to a garden with a trampoline and good play opportunities. Parking is on the right side of the driveway. If you drive more cars, park behind each other, as the neighbor disposes of the left part of the driveway 😊 Other things to note The cabin does not have wifi. Here you can completely disconnect from everyday life and enjoy quiet days with sea, nature and quality time together. Mobile coverage in the area is good for regular use. We make sure you have what you need for a good start to your stay. In the kitchen you will find, among other things, spices, salt and pepper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, cloths and hand soap. A starter pack of toilet paper is provided. Other consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and groceries are brought by the guests. Towels and bed linen are brought yourself. We greatly appreciate if you send a short message upon departure to confirm that everything is in order, and let us know if something is missing or should be improved – we always want to improve 😊
