Smith House: Room 1, Town Center Walkable!

Large historic home built in 1910. Walkable to most restaurants in town. Trail head within a few hundred yards. Close to town park. Kid friendly. Cyclist friendly. Climber friendly. Dog friendly. There are two rooms available so bring a friend and book both or be ready to share the space with others. House is perfectly located for your adventuring visit to the New River Gorge! *New 6-7-23 Each room has individual key lock so you can lock while in or out. Key will be in room. The space This is an old house with two Airbnb rooms upstairs. The downstairs is my residence and ask guests to please respect that space. Guest access Space is limited to the upstairs room and bathroom. Guests also have access to living room, upstairs sitting area, dining room and front porch. - NO Kitchen access During your stay I do not live there. My mom lives in side apartment and is there to take care of anything you may need during your stay. Other things to note There might be one dog here. No kitchen access.
