Relaxing rustic cabin on the lake 25 feet from the shore. The fishing is some of the best in the state! Explore the Grand Falls Flowage which adjoins other lakes. The cabin has all amenities, a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, a Livingroom, a screened in porch and deck. Along with free use of two kayaks, pedal boat and paddle board. There is large outdoor fireplace, a grill/flat top griddle. We do have dogs so if you have dog allergies then we do not recommend this rental for you. The space Our place has over 100 feet of lake frontage and a large dock for any of your boating needs. Just a short distance at the end of the road is a boat launch to launch any boat you wish. The area is great for walking. Ride your ATV to the trails nearby from the property. The property also has open area to have any fun you want. The property is only 10 minutes from the Canadian border if you want to visit Canada. We are about an hour from beautiful hiking costal views in Cutler. Also, we are about an hour from Lubec the most eastern town in the USA. Guest access Full access to the house land, dock, kayaks, paddle board, and pedal boat at your own risk. Other things to note We do have security cameras on the property but only outside to insure your privacy. If you are bringing your pet the area is pet friendly. There is only one dog in the area that is friendly with cats and dogs.
