The space Located on a plot of 800m2 with a wooded garden, aromatic and exotic plants, palm trees, this detached house of 96 m2 will be the perfect pied-à-terre to enjoy the region. The pool, treated with salt, measures 3x6 meters and it is secured by an electric curtain. The latter will be ideal for your return from the beach or to relax. Beach around the pool with lounge chairs, sofa, hammock and fixed umbrella. The covered terrace of 50m², will welcome you to taste the specialties of the Bassin d 'Arcachon, sip your aperitifs at the bar. It has a summer kitchen with a Plancha and Barbecue. A wooden shed that serves as a swimming pool room is at your disposal, you will find beach games (snowshoes, shovel, seal, mÖlkky...) of inflatable buoys for the pool and an umbrella for your lake outings. An outdoor solar shower is next to the cabin. In the latter you can also have access to a washing machine, a hanging rack in the garden. Petanque court, ping pong table and gated parking on the grounds are at your disposal. You will appreciate the comfortable and spacious living space, consisting of a well equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop with high vacuum cleaner, American fridge-freezer, coffee machine...) to concoct good small dishes, a friendly central island and a dining area.
