This villa went through an extensive renovation and upgrade 2023. Large pool villa on two floors plus a roof terrace, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The space A spacious pool villa with good view towards the ocean. Parking space for car and motorbikes protected within the premises. Sofa area under roof close to the 14 meter long pool, down to 170 cm deep. An outdoor kitchenette for lighter cooking under roof. Pool table for leisure activity. Two separate bedrooms with two twin beds each (90 cm) sharing a bathroom on the ground floor. Stairs to the upper floor bings you in to a roofed terrace with outdoor dining as well as a sofa set and coffee table. You enter via the Tv-room and living area with a three-seated sofa. Two bedrooms with two king size beds and private bathrooms where one baht holds a washing machine. One bedroom has a private balcony. Spacious kitchen with Ceramic hob, oven and microwave and fully equipped with all amenities needed. Kitchen has stairs to the roof terrace where sun loungers or cushions can be used. A truly bright and beautiful villa with lots of space for up to two families possible. Aircon and wardrobes in all bedrooms. Other things to note Before arrival: The address for your arrival card is Amintra 3 574 Moo 2, Saladan Koh Lanta, Krabi 811 50 Transfer service: It is convenient to go with our air conditioned minivan with a driver that takes you directly to the villa. If you are travelling with children, please let us know the age so we can prepare baby seat for 1-3 yeas old and seat cushions for 4-8 years. We usually recommend up to 8 persons in the van with normal amount of luggage for a comfortable ride. Price example 2700 THB from Krabi airport one way. No waiting hours, we check you in upon arrival at the unit when you book transfer with us! Arrival day: Upon check-in and handing over the key, we read the meters for electric and water. Since this unit is not a resort nor a hotel but categorized as a self catered, privately owned villa the electric and water is charged as a separate utility where each guest pay for what they use. Estimated cost for normal use for this specific unit is 3000-5000 THB/week /depeding on how many aircons you are using and we collect that amount as cash upon check-in. We read the meters at check-out and the majority of our guests are usually getting a refund. There is a welcome sign with important phone numbers and the WiFi log in. We show you the unit with everything you need to know, where to throw you garbage and what’s towels you use indoor and if there are towels you can use at the pool or beach. Second visit: We make a second visit, usually the day after, to check everything is running smooth and if there are anything you want to have more details about. We point out where you can rent motorbikes or have our tour shop visit you if you want to do any excursions. We also agree on checkout time and coordinate that with transfer departure so there is a margin to go through the unit as a part of the check out routine, read electric and water meters and balance the cost towards the deposit made at check-in. On departure day: You prepare the laundry in the laundry bag and put it at entrance door. One set of bed linen and one towel per person is included in the cleaning fee charged. We also ask you to make up the dishes and empty the garbage before leaving.
