Guest access As our guest, you will have full, private access to the entire house. You will also receive guest cards for the Northstar Recreation facilities, where you can enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and game room. Please note that all patrons aged 4 and above using these guest cards will be required to pay a $10.00 entrance fee per person. Other things to note There are 5 EV charging stations in the recreation center parking lot. Travel Insurance When planning to travel during the winter and summer months, it is highly recommended to consider obtaining Airbnb travel insurance at the time of booking your accommodation. Winter weather conditions in Tahoe can have heavy snowfall. By securing travel insurance, you can enjoy the reassurance and financial protection it offers in case of any unexpected events or disruptions caused by the snowy weather. Winter Snow Season We highly recommend 4-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicles during the snow season. We provide a driveway plow service and shoveling for pathways; however, snow may accumulate between service times. Our standard cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of weather-related events. Lost/Stolen Items We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
