Just enjoy life in this centrally located attic apartment in the heart of Bruchköbel with garden and public transport at the doorstep. Shopping, a maximum of 5 minutes' walk, is available in the immediate vicinity and a parking space is right outside the door on the property. The space The space The apartment is cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed linen, dish towels, towels and bath mats are provided. The bed is 1.40 x 2 m as a sleeping alcove. Another sleeping option, for a maximum of two more people, is in the living room on a sofa bed (149 x 230 cm). Sufficient daylight comes through 2 skylights; the windows can be opened for ventilation. Of course, a cleaning service can be offered for an additional fee upon request. Guest access Free Internet (Wi-Fi), TV, DVD/CD player and garden use are available. The parking space is right outside the front door and is of course available free of charge. Other things to note It is a non-smoking apartment; therefore, we ask you not to smoke in the apartment directly or in the hallway of the house, but at the open window or outside the house. Since this is an apartment building, we ask for consideration for the other residents. This also means no loud music after 10 pm and no parties. The garden can of course be used for grilling and chilling with a cozy seating area, sun loungers and fire barrel. Important note: The apartment is not childproof (e.g. no socket protection).
