Fire up the grills, hang in the waterfront cabana, and settle into easy, breezy island time. 🌴🌊 The space Our condo is unique and newly renovated: 1st floor condo with priovate balcony overlooking the bay! Large 1 bedroom layout ~ 502 sq ft! High-end Finishes in the Kitchen and Bath Walk-in shower. Kitchen has full fridge, full-size range, dishwasher and Coffeemaker. Large island with seating King-sized Beach Cottage Bed Double-size pull-out sofa. Linens, Towels and Beach towels/toys/chairs/wagon provided! Guest access Self check-in with a keypad. 1st floor, no stairs! Guests have access to the amenities of the resort, including the heated pool, two large charcoal grills, the fishing dock, the boat dock, waterfront cabana, shuffleboard court, etc. App controlled laundry is available on premises from 8:00am-10:00pm daily. Each unit includes one parking space. Please park in any available spot. Kindly provide us with your vehicle’s license plate number so we may keep our parking records up to date. Other things to note If you have a boat that needs to be docked, look no further, you can dock your boat at the condo's dock. There is an associated fee (as low as $40/night) that is collected separate from AIRBnB as well as a waiver releasing Malyn from any unexpected damages that could occur to the boat. Please inquire as needed. There is a public boat launch on Treasure Island. You are also able to park your trailer there on a first come first serve basis. We sadly do not have enough space to accommodate a trailer, so its best to have a plan for your trailer if you need it to be parked.
