The Plum

The Plum is spacious, discrete, and neat. It is set up to meet the needs of professionals, business travelers, families, and groups. More than 70% of its energy is derived from solar energy. It is fully equipped for self-catering needs. It is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Louis Trichardt (Makhado). It is about 200m from a Kwik Spar, and Engen filing station, and about 1 km from the Louis Trichardt Memorial Hospital, and the CBD. The space 1) Besides accommodating single guests, and couples, the space is suitable for a group or family of up to 8 sharing. 2) There is an office area (writing desk, ergonomic chair, and bookshelf). Fast internet. 3) There is a spacious master bedroom with generous wardrobe space, a queen-size bed (with an electric blanket if needed); ensuite bathroom. 4) There are two other bedrooms each with a standard bed and wardrobe. Occupants of these two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom (toilet and shower). There is also a half-bathroom in the corridor. 5) There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove-oven, microwave, electric kettle, utensils, cutlery, and drinking glasses). 6) The living room has sofas and satellite television (DSTV Compact). 7) There is a dining area which can also be used as a workstation. 8) Daily complimentary 5L potable water (prepared by reverse osmosis) is provided. 9) There is hair dryer; iron and ironing board; and fibre internet connectivity. 10) There is an air conditioner in the main bedroom, dinning, kitchen, living room and dedicated work areas. There are fans in the other two bedrooms. 11) Grocery stores are about 300m from the property. Guest access The property has a separate drive-way from the street, through a motorized gate. It has a concrete perimeter wall. All doors and windows have burglar bars. Parking is inside the compound. A single guest will not have access to the other two bedrooms. Other things to note 1) Please use the prepared water provided for the electric kettle, and the pressing iron to prevent limescale residue from developing. 2) The geyser is on from 04H:00 to 07H:00 and from 11H:00-17H:00 daily. 3) The bell of the neigboring church tolls at 8H:00 and at 8H:30 for about 5 seconds each time, on Sundays.
