The space The flat has recently been refurbished to a high standard and ideal for visitors looking to explore Dublin and the surrounding areas. Parking for one car is available upon request and included in the rate. The flat is centrally located and serviced by a number of frequent bus routes (41, 33, 16 ) that serve both the airport and city centre. City centre is approximately 30 minutes to O Connell St by bus or 20 minutes by car. The property is located close to the M50 providing ease of access to people looking to explore areas outside of Dublin. We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family. The property has an open plan living/dining/kitchen with 2 small bedrooms and a main bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary cooking facilities including fridge, induction hob, microwave and all cooking utensils are supplied. Both bedrooms are similar in size and have 1 wardrobe in each aswell as 2 single beds. A starter supply of toiletries, and full sets of bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €200 will be collected offline prior to your arrival date. *NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY NO PARTIES* Excessive noise complaints/alerts will be treated as a violation and will result in total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement. Guest access This property contains its own side entrance adjacent to the host's own property. Guests will have their own key with separate access.
