Eagles Nest Plus/Eagle Adventures LLC

Eagles Nest Plus is our Eagles Nest rental PLUS the master BR & bath. It sleeps 12, has 3.5 bathrooms plus a baby bed. It’s perfect for four families traveling together. We also have one cabin on our property that sleeps four, Eagle Pines Cabin. In 2025, the pool & hot tub are no longer shared spaces. This rental has exclusive use of pool and hot tub. For more info check out our website visiteagleadventures. We provide e'thing you'll need for a great vacation. The space Our four bedrooms are named after our grandchildren. Melanie and Trae's Rooms are upstairs. Melanie's has a king bed and pull out sofa. Trae's has a queen bed and pull out sofa. There is a full bath upstairs. Clara's Room is on the main floor. It has a queen bed and a crib. Meredith's Room is the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath. There is a full bath on the main floor and a half bath in the laundry room. The kitchen seats ten and there is covered patio seating for eleven. We have plenty of room for parking. We offer a full coffee bar, Wi-Fi, four TV's, pellet grill, and a fire pit. We provide the coffee, pellets, and firewood. The pool/hot tub/patio area is beautiful and peaceful. **As of 2025, the pool and hot tub are no longer shared spaces. This rental has exclusive use of those amenities. We are remodeling the laundry room in February of 2026 and the fire pit area in the spring of 2026. Guest access You will have access to the entire house EXCEPT the basement, office, and garage. Other things to note Important notice to our guests....we have not raised our rates! Airbnb now requires hosts to include the previous "service fee" in our nightly rate. Bottom line is you will not be paying a higher rate than what posted before the change. We do have two dogs, a 5 lb Yorkie and a 90 lb German Shepherd and cat. They stay in the shop with us, but you might meet them during your stay. They love our guests! We do not charge a cleaning fee, we only ask guests to leave the house as close to how they found it as possible, minus normal cleaning. We pride ourselves on a CLEAN home. Our checkout instructions are minimal. Eagles Nest is pet free. No outside guests and no parties.
