This home has two bedrooms and just went through a remodel and has 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen overlooking a beautiful living room with a fully functioning fireplace and a smart tv. Grab a coffee from the Keurig or drip (whichever you prefer) and cozy up on the couch or back patio. Perfect place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city! No fireplace usage (temporary while pending inspection). This home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. However, it is located inside the community of Massanutten and minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/ outdoor water park, mountain biking, ziplining, putt-putt, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks and more! You'll also have access to 30 miles of hiking trails. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and The Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities. There are 2 recreation centers located on Massanutten Resort. They have a pool, racket ball courts, gym, and arcade games. You pay $15/per person for 24 hours usage. Tennis courts are also located by the outdoor pool. Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website.
