Relax and unwind at our private cozy cabin in the White Mountains! Woodsville, Lincoln or Littleton 10-25 min away for bars, shops and local eats! A mile from Rt 112, the Kancamagus Byway. It's rated the best scenic drive in New England! And only 30 min to Loon & Cannon Ski Resorts. It's a 5 min walk to the lake, pool and beach. Only residents and guests have access. This place is 4 miles outside the White Mountain National Forest. Groceries, coffee shops and all the amenities nearby! The space There is spotty cell service within a 10-15 min drive of the cabin. Please plan GPS ahead, you can connect to Wifi once you arrive which will let you call and text. Wifi password is provided prior to check-in. When entering the cabin you will be greeted by the living room, kitchen and dining area. The main room is open concept with a vaulted ceiling. A new forced hot air heating system was recently installed. The living room is a cozy hangout anytime of year. Enjoy the comfy couch and rocking armchair while enjoying the view of the forest through the sliding glass door. This cabin is perfect for a night in with a good movie, or grilling and cocktails on the deck. A new wood stove was installed in 2024. Please inquire with host on availability of firewood and possible purchase. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood! Stay cool in the Summer with the window AC units. They're installed approx ~June through August. Fans are also available. The kitchen comes fully equipped for any vacation trip needs. Dishware, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Coffee and tea are provided. Down the hallway you'll find the main bedroom, office and bathroom. The main bedroom hosts a queen bed, and a closet. There is a spacious office which doubles as an adventure planning room! The desk converts to a standing desk. Upstairs you'll find the loft. There are two twin beds located in the loft which are perfect for friends or children. Off the living room is a sliding glass door which leads to a deck. There is a gas grill and bar height chairs. The deck looks out into the forest and the deck railing doubles as a bar top. Enjoy a cozy fire in Adirondack chairs at the outdoor fire pit nestled in the wooded area! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and all amenities in the 1550 acre Mountain Lakes Community. There are two lakes, a beach, kayaks and canoes for rent, pool, baseball field, basketball court, nature trails, volleyball court, tennis courts, snack bar, and an outdoor ice rink if the temperature allows it.
