Bed and breakfast with garden in Amilly - "Matinale"

The house with garden is situated in the center of Amilly. You can get to Montargis, the "Venice of the Gâtinais" within 15 min by cycling along the Briare Canal. The rooms, shower and dry toilet are on the upper floor, a WC and an extra shower on ground floor. The 2 beds can be joined into one. Breakfast is available (7€ continental/11€ full), served on the terrace or inside. Vegetarian dinner possible upon request when booking (12€ - two courses). The space Living and dining areas, kitchen, shower and WC are on the ground floor. Guest rooms, Shower with washbasin and a dry toilet are on the upper floor and to share with the other guests. Guest access During your stay you may sit in the garden and in the living area excepting during the hours of silence from 11pm to 7am. During your stay I live on the spot and would be very happy to help you with any information. Other things to note The rooms are accessed via quite steep stairs and therefore not suitable for persons with reduced mobility and young children. If you wish and with a 24 hour notice, I can prepare a vegetarian dinner (Hors d’œuvre/Main course/Dessert = 15 €).
