Guests are kindly requested not to use bath towels or face towels to wipe their feet or carpets. If you violate this rule, you will be subject to a surcharge as prescribed at the Villa. - Check-in time after 2:00 PM and check-out before 11:30 AM - The price on Airbnb does not include breakfast, no commission, does not include cleaning fee/each stay after guests use the kitchen to cook, BBQ or after guests have a party, the cleaning fee will be charged depending on the level of about $43/1 cleaning (guests who cook and clean themselves as before will not be charged this fee) - Please clean the common areas in the living room, dining room, kitchen, wash dishes, clean the kitchen area, wash clothes before 9:00 am on check out day. If you need to clean after eating or partying, there will be an additional charge of 500,000 VND-1,000,000 VND/1 cleaning (depending on the level) - When guests check in at the villa, a property deposit of 1,000,000 VND will be collected (this fee will be refunded to guests at check-out if the villa is checked as before and there is no breakage or loss during the stay) - Keep the pool clean, dirty pool will be fined from 1,000,000 VND - 3,000,000 VND - Preserve the property of the villa, do not use face towels as foot towels, floor towels, kitchen towels, if dirty, there will be an additional charge at the price specified by the Villa - Do not use prohibited stimulants such as drugs, ecstasy, laughing balls, explosives, etc. in the villa (you will be fully responsible for any problems that occur before the law), if you violate, you will be fined 3,000,000 VND and the Villa owner has the right to invite guests to leave the Villa at any time without having to refund the deposit or compensate any money to guests. - Please do not use loud speakers, do not use karaoke speakers as prohibited in Hoi An City in April 2022. Only use low-volume music speakers and stop before 9:00 p.m. - Please keep quiet and do not make noise after 9pm - No pets in the villa - Please manage and monitor your children during the use of the pool, always ensure that children are supervised by adults when using the pool. You are fully responsible for any incidents that occur during your stay at the villa. - Villa does not issue red invoices or VAT invoices - Please present all VISA/Passport/ID Card information of all members to declare residence upon check-in. - The Villa always has staff to welcome you when you receive the villa, always support information when you need it with the desire to support you to have the best experience in Hoi An during your stay at the Villa - The Villa has staff to clean the room and change towels, change water every day (excluding cleaning the kitchen after guests cook and party), change bed linen every 2 days for guests staying 2 nights or more.
