Ground level hosts 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 1 bath, living room, and kitchen. Upstairs loft has a queen bed and three otwin beds. All mattresses are new and very comfy! Living room has a full sized futon that can sleep two additional guests. Basement has a washer and dryer for guest use. Backyard is fenced in and the yard is spacious for your kids or pup to play. You will be able to see 4th of July fireworks from the backyard! Guest access You will have access to the entire home with exception to the garage and one closet that will be locked for owner supplies. Other things to note The front porch has 2 steps and then one big step into the home. The loft requires climbing stairs as does the basement for laundry. The ground level has 2 bedrooms and one bath for anyone not wanting to climb stairs.
