Welcome to one of several comfortable heated houses that we have built in a 2 hectare private park by the lake. Tałty 5 km from Mikołajki. The house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a TV, and heating. Panoramic windows and large covered terraces will allow you to enjoy a great view of the park. On the terrace you will find patio furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. A well-kept park with plenty of plants, including a pond with an island and a waterfall, hammocks and a playground. Our year-round heated houses were built in a 2-hectare private park on a headland on Lake Tałty in Stare Sady, 5 km from Mikołajki. Only a few houses, lots of space and privacy. Each house has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a rain shower. For those who like to sleep, we offer houses with bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains. A barbecue awaits you on the 15 sqm roofed terrace. The park is just a few steps away from the terrace. In summer, walking on the grass barefoot or in flip-flops is even advisable. Our single-storey houses have a beautiful panoramic view of the garden and park, which delights the senses regardless of the weather and changes depending on the season. We have decorated the houses in a Scandinavian style so that you have everything at your fingertips for both a short and a longer stay. In the Kamienny Ogród Holiday Park, you will breathe in the clean air, enjoying the proximity of unspoiled nature. Two chillout zones await you. Comfortable hammocks in a shady birch forest and a sun-drenched pond with an island and a waterfall. Concerts of frogs and birds make your rest more pleasant. In our park with a garden, you will find many paths encouraging you to walk. Children can have fun on the playground, watch the life of lizards and squirrels. Within a few steps from us in Stare Sady you will find an eco-marina with a restaurant, water equipment rental, slipway, passenger ship cruises, several restaurants, a beach with a gentle sandy entrance to the water and a playground, a safe bicycle path within the 300 km Masurian Bicycle Loop connected to Green Velo in Węgorzewo, and kilometers of hiking trails. Within 5 km: Mikołajki, bustling with life around the clock, with a sailing village, shops and restaurants, and the Tropikana water park. There is something for everyone in the area: sailing, kayaking and cycling routes, balloon, plane or motorboat flights, horse riding stables, a golf course, the Wild Animal Park in Kadzidłowo, the Teutonic castle in Ryn and many other attractions. Other things to note In 1 house we can accommodate a maximum of 5 people including children regardless of age. We invite you to book a stay without pets. Smoking is not allowed in our homes or on their terraces. About 20 m from the houses, we have prepared a place for smokers, where you can smoke in peace.
