Sea View House you can enjoy the gorgeous skies and sea for both sunrise and sunset from either the front terrace or on cooler days from inside the house where it will be cosy and warm, a truely special location. Overall the house has a wonderful connection with the sea and mountains with sea-views and mountain views throughout the house. You can absorb the sunshine from the sun soaked south facing patio with your morning coffee whilst enjoying the sea and mountain views. The space The living room has a sofa, leather reclining chair and a relaxing lounge chair where you can enjoy the unfiltered view of the sea, marina and mountain Kofri from the living room windows. A large family bathroom, with a bathtub, shower, WC and a washing machine. Master Bedroom with comfortable King size bed, high quality duvets and pillows Bedroom 2 has Queen size bunker bed, with single bunker bed on top with comfortable mattresses, high quality duvets and pillows + a roomy closet. The beds, mattresses and linen are all new and of good quality. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole property except for the garage. You can access the property from the front, with concrete path leading to the house. Other things to note Super fast broadband is complimentary. Vinyl record player and some great vinyl records to play! We have a bbq, both gas and coals, fire pit and outdoor seating. We do hope you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay.
