Sun loungers, garden furniture, a dining table under the pergola, ping-pong, and a barbecue are all part of your daily routine. You can read under the majestic umbrella pine, or take a nap in the hammock. The space This apartment is ideal for up to 4 people and one child (one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room). The ground floor of the villa is reserved for your exclusive use. Depending on the time of year, the owner may be living upstairs in the house. PARKING: You can easily park in front of or next to the villa's entrance gate. LIVING ROOM: A beautiful, bright living room that blends modern and traditional styles. A pleasant mix of styles with a comfortable sofa and a sofa bed with a smart TV. A seating area with a table for up to 5 people to enjoy together. KITCHEN: A large, fully equipped, and functional kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, range hood, oven, and dishwasher provides all the comforts you need for your stay. Breakfast supplies are provided: coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. A LARGE BEDROOM: Treat yourself to a moment of pure relaxation with its queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A wardrobe houses the owner's belongings, and there is also a bookcase. A single sofa bed for a child is available. BATHROOM: A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit with storage, and toilet. All toiletries are provided (bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat). Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors at your leisure with a sea view. The beaches are less than a 5-minute walk from the nearest cove. Tamarix Beach is a few minutes further on. To ensure your optimal comfort during your stay, we provide the following upon your arrival (no replenishment during your stay): - Bed linens - Towels and bath mat - Kitchen towel - Hand soap - Tea and coffee - Kitchen essentials: sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. We systematically clean the apartment to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit if we notice any damage to the property. The apartment is non-smoking, vaping is prohibited, and parties, pets, and excessive noise are not allowed. Check-in is from 5:00 PM. Please feel free to contact us with any special requests. The living room opens onto the terrace through two sliding glass doors leading to the garden. Blinds will close off access to the living room. You will have a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as a child's bed. This is not a crib. Adjacent to the bedroom is a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with a toilet. Other things to note Once your booking has been confirmed by our team, we will send you a secret code a few hours before your arrival, granting you access to the accommodation. Check-in and check-out are self-service using a key box. Check-in is only from 5:00 PM onwards, and check-out is always before 10:00 AM. Please note that smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the apartment, and we have a zero-tolerance policy. Therefore, if our team discovers any trace or residue (odor, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to impose a fine of at least €300.00.
